Neurological Repatterning is a cutting-edge technique developed by Christopher Howard in the United States. It draws on work in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Bandler and Grinder and also draws on quantum physics and "not problem" concepts.
Using these techniques it is possible to change the neurological pathways in our unconscious minds, learning new and empowering patterns of thinking and literally changing our reality and the world we live in. Our lives are shaped by our perception of reality, but this is only a representation in the same way that a map represents the ground. We filter, distort and discard around 90% of the information that assaults our senses, and the 10% that is left we think is reality!
