The Body and Mind Zone offers Indian Head Massage, Oriental Face Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Reflexology and Metamorphic Technique - holistic treatments which help balance body, mind and spirit, and promote health and well-being. Therapy workshops are also available with a fun filled Introduction to Indian Head Massage workshop running on various dates throughout the year, see wensite for details.
The business is based in Northam, Bideford in North Devon, and treatments are provided by Sarah Parker. Mobile treatments are also available in the comfort of your own home, or even at your workplace. Sarah will travel to surrounding areas, including Barnstaple, Torrington, and local villages within a 10 mile radius of Bideford at no extra charge to you.

Sarah holds VTCT diplomas in Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, and a further diploma in Oriental Face Massage and Thai Foot Massage. Sarah is also a member of the IIHHT (International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapists) and MICHT (Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapies). She has also gained her C&G 7304 PTLLS qualification, and offers therapy workshops in addition to therapy treatments.

NEW for 2010 - Introduction to Indian Head Massage workshops
This one day workshop is a great introduction to this wonderful therapy, and you will learn to perform an Indian Head Massage treatment on your family and friends.
During this fun and informal workshop you will learn a variety of massage techniques, practice different massage moves on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck and scalp, and will be able to put it all together into a 20 - 30 minute routine. You will have the chance to give and receive a full treatment on the day.
